Messengers are approved representatives of their church. Your church will have received a letter communicating how many messengers it is allowed to send this year. Every partnering church is guaranteed at least two messengers, with a maximum of 15.
Guests are welcome to attend, fellowship, and learn about our convention, but have no voting privileges.
